• Express delivery: Available for select pin codes at an additional cost.
• Shipping is free for prepaid orders above ₹2,500. For orders below this amount, a
nominal shipping fee may apply.

2. International Shipping

• We ship to selected international destinations.
• Delivery timelines vary between 10–15 business days, depending on the country.
• Customs duties, taxes, and charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the
customer.

3. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Since our products are handcrafted, slight delays may occur during peak festive
seasons.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.
• You can track your shipment on our courier partner’s website until delivery.

5. Packaging

• All items are carefully packaged in secure, tamper-proof boxes to ensure they reach you
safely.
• Fragile products include protective wrapping for extra care.

6. Delays & Exceptions

• Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen factors such as natural calamities,
strikes, or logistics disruptions.
• We are not liable for delays beyond our control but will keep you informed at every step.
